Does delivery cost extra?

I dont believe so.

For the second time I went to pick up a pizza and because management doesn't trust its employees with a key to the cash register I had to wait for someone to get off the phone in the back office to come and make change for me. A little trust !

Never had that issue. My main issue is extremely poor food handling skills. Pick face then put hands in toppings. No gloves handle money, boxes, pans, toppings, and no washing of hands.

The delivery driver just put my pizza down on the walkway leading to my front door and ran off. He didn't ask me to sign my credit card receipt or anything. He didn't knock or rang my doorbell, he just sat the pizza on the walkway and left

I wish I could help more on this but I do not work for this company. I do know that they take following our new precautions very serious for everyones safety and they also work very hard to achieve the very best customer service possible and would want to know if you had an experience that was not satisfactory. So I would simply call that location and kindly let them know about your experience and ask why the employee would have ran away without notifying you and I'm sure they will be very happy to know about it and rectify the situation including perhaps more training for the employee..
